The W12CNC fully CNC-controlled curved four-roll plate rolling machine features fully hydraulic drive and digital control. It boasts an advanced overall structure, superior performance, and high efficiency.
Machine Features:
1. Fully hydraulic drive, highly efficient and energy-saving (drive power equivalent to 60% of traditional models); safer and more reliable than other types of plate rolling machines during operation.
2. Permanent lubrication technology (no need for oil refilling throughout the bearing’s service life)
3. Adjustable clamping pressure (no slippage; productivity is 50%–80% higher than that of three-roll plate rolling machines). The clamping force between the upper and lower rolls can be adjusted via the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station to match the required pressure for rolling plates of different thicknesses and widths.
4. Capable of rolling cylinders with a diameter up to 1.3 times that of the upper roll; the required straight edge length for pre-bending the ends of the sheet metal is shorter than that of other types of plate rolling machines.
