Product Overview:
The W11X three-roll horizontal-down-type plate rolling machine features an end-pre-bending function for sheet metal. It allows for single-load processing of metal sheets, enabling both end pre-bending and workpiece rolling to be completed without the need to reposition the sheet. All three work rolls are driven rolls. The vertical movement of the upper roll and the horizontal movement of the two lower rolls are both hydraulically driven. Vertical displacement is automatically leveled via computer control, with the screen displaying a synchronization accuracy of ±0.2 mm.
