Product Description:
This fully CNC-controlled high-speed press brake features an all-welded construction. It employs imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and linear encoders to achieve closed-loop control. The ram position feedback offers high precision, ensuring accurate and smooth operation with excellent synchronization, resulting in high bending accuracy and repeatable ram positioning. The backgauge system can be configured with multiple backgauge axes to provide more comprehensive functionality, tailored to customer requirements. The hydraulic system employs an integrated control system, which reduces piping installation, prevents oil leaks, ensures the machine’s operational stability, and features a sleek, aesthetically pleasing design. The automatic hydraulic deflection compensation mechanism eliminates the impact of ram deformation on workpiece quality, while the CNC system automatically adjusts the compensation value, ensuring convenient and precise operation. The CNC system utilizes specialized bending machine control systems from manufacturers such as DELEM (Netherlands), ESA (Italy), and CYBELEC (Switzerland).
