The electro-hydraulic servo fully automatic press brake employs a hydraulic cam-type automatic compensation system to mitigate the impact of ram deformation on workpiece quality during the bending process. The compensation amount is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, ensuring convenience and precision. It features a fully functional backgauge mechanism capable of controlling multiple backgauge axes. Key components of the backgauge system, such as guide rails, lead screws, and bearings, are all imported to ensure high backgauge positioning accuracy. The machine body features a monolithic welded structure, which facilitates transportation and machining while ensuring the machine’s overall precision. Critical components such as the machine body and ram have been analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure machine reliability. The hydraulic system utilizes an integrated control system imported from Germany, reducing piping installation, enhancing operational stability, and offering a sleek, streamlined appearance.
