Electro-Hydraulic Servo-Synchronized CNC Bending Machine
I. Main Structure and Performance of the Machine Tool
1. The machine body is constructed of welded steel plates; structural components undergo vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and shot blasting for rust removal;
2. A dual-cylinder structure is adopted. Electro-hydraulic proportional servo valves synchronize (Y1, Y2), The electro-hydraulic proportional servo system is a position control system that provides the machine with strong resistance to off-center loading. It dynamically detects ram position errors via a grating, and the electro-hydraulic proportional valves independently control the movement speed of the two cylinders to correct synchronization errors. Even when one cylinder is under full load and the other is under zero load (i.e., when the ram is under full off-center loading), the ram remains parallel to the worktable at all times;
3. The rear stopper is controlled by the X-axis; the X-axis controls the forward and backward movement and positioning of the stopper beam;
4. The hydraulic system employs an original German electro-hydraulic proportional system with a simple and centralized piping layout;
5. Seals imported from Japan’s NOC Corporation ensure reliable sealing;
6. The worktable utilizes a V-axis-controlled hydraulic deflection compensation system;
II. CNC System, Electrical System, and Hydraulic System
1. CNC System
1.1 The control system is a bending machine-specific CNC system from Delem (Netherlands): This series of hydraulic bending machines is a double-cylinder, top-acting CNC hydraulic bending machine. It drives the extension and retraction of the left and right cylinders through the operation of various valves on the servo proportional valve, thereby moving the ram up and down. Slider synchronization employs fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology. Slider position signals are fed back to the CNC system via encoders on both sides. The CNC system then controls the opening of the synchronization valve to automatically adjust the oil flow into the cylinders, thereby ensuring the synchronized operation of the slider (Y1, Y2) axes and maintaining a parallel alignment with the worktable at all times
1.2 Number of CNC-controlled axes: 4+1 axes;
y1, y2 – Slider vertical movement (electro-hydraulic servo drive)
x – Rear stopper fore-and-aft movement (servo motor drive)
v – Worktable deflection compensation (hydraulic compensation cylinder);
h – Rear stopper vertical movement (servo motor drive)
Y1 and Y2 axes: positioning accuracy ±0.01 mm, repeatability 0.01 mm; X axis: positioning accuracy ±0.025 mm, repeatability 0.025 mm; V axis: positioning accuracy ±0.025 mm, repeatability 0.025 mm; H axis: positioning accuracy ±0.025 mm, repeatability 0.025 mm; In addition to allowing the backgauge to move forward and backward, this press brake also enables the backgauge to move up and down to position workpieces of varying heights. Depending on customer requirements, the rear positioning of the equipment can be controlled independently, resulting in an 8+1-axis configuration (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, H). This series of press brakes is capable of forming workpieces at various angles in a single bending operation.
