Product Description:
The top-roll universal plate rolling machine is a hydraulic three-roll plate rolling machine designed to perform operations such as end pre-bending, rolling, and rounding of carbon steel and low-alloy steel sheets used for various containers at room temperature. These processes are completed in a single pass without the need to reposition the material. The top roll can move both vertically and horizontally. Pre-bending is achieved by moving the upper roll horizontally to position it asymmetrically relative to the lower roll. Cylindrical rolling is performed by a motor and reducer driving the two lower rolls. Since the elevation of the lower rolls remains constant, this facilitates material feeding and operation. Detailed electrical schematics are provided, and all wiring strictly follows the drawings. The numbers at both ends of each wire are clear and complete; wire terminals are labeled with the same wire numbers as the connections, and corresponding markings are made on the electrical wiring diagrams and schematics. All electrical components used in the equipment are high-quality products from well-known manufacturers. Electrical protection devices (such as current relays and circuit breakers) undergo rigorous testing prior to installation to ensure reliable operation.
