Product Overview:
The four-roll plate rolling machine is used for pre-bending and rolling cylinders in industries such as pressure vessels, machinery, hydropower, and construction. It also features cylinder rounding and flattening functions. The upper roll is driven by a hydraulic motor, which uses the friction between the steel plate and the roll to drive the lower and side rolls, providing the torque required for rolling. The lower roll, side rolls, and tilting frame are hydraulically driven. The lower roll moves vertically, while the side rolls move along an inclined arc. Pre-bending is achieved by raising the lower roll to clamp the steel plate, and by raising the side rolls at an angle to pre-bend the ends of the plate.
Product Description:
The fully CNC-controlled four-roll plate rolling machine is a microcomputer-controlled unit capable of loading metal sheets in a single operation and completing both end pre-bending and rolling forming without the need to reposition the sheet. With minimal remaining straight edges, it is the ideal equipment for rolling circular and curved workpieces. The upper work roll serves as the main drive roll, while the lower and side rolls are driven rolls. The vertical movement of the lower and side rolls is hydraulically driven, with all lifting and positioning controlled by a computer. The machine features automatic leveling, digital display on the screen, and a synchronization accuracy of ±0.2 mm. The rotation and reset of the swivel bearing housing are hydraulically driven. A balancing mechanism is installed at the tail end of the upper roller, facilitating the removal of rolled workpieces and cylinders. The machine is equipped with a mobile, independent control console for operator convenience and features a safety interlock device. With its comprehensive functionality, high precision, and user-friendly operation, it is an ideal model for rolling circular, curved, and conical workpieces in industries such as petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metal structures. The machine consists of four work rolls, left and right frames, a base, a drive unit, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system. The upper roll is mounted within two bearing housings, one embedded in the right-side roll frame and the other in the left-side swivel bearing housing, with a fixed position. The upper roll serves as the main drive roll, receiving power from an electric motor via a reducer to perform rotational motion in both forward and reverse directions. To ensure ease of operation and precise positioning, a braking device is installed in the drive system. The lower roll and the two side rolls are mounted in the guide slots of the left and right frames, respectively. They are driven by hydraulic cylinders to perform vertical movement. The vertical displacement is controlled by a computer, automatically leveled, and displayed on a touchscreen, with a synchronization accuracy of ±0.2 mm. The work rolls are made of high-quality structural steel 42CrMo and are manufactured in strict accordance with all standard process requirements for work roll production. The end bearings of the work rolls are all rolling bearings, offering high load capacity and low friction loss. The base and frames are welded structures that undergo strict annealing treatment to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity to guarantee normal operation under full-load conditions.
