Machine Features:

1. Fully hydraulic drive, highly efficient and energy-saving (drive power equivalent to 60% of traditional models); safer and more reliable during rolling operations compared to other types of plate rolling machines.
2. Permanent lubrication technology (no need for oil refilling throughout the bearing’s service life)
3. Adjustable clamping pressure (no slippage; productivity is 50%–80% higher than that of three-roll plate rolling machines). The clamping force between the upper and lower rolls can be adjusted via the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station to match the required pressure for rolling plates of different thicknesses and widths.
